Purchases are processed by Paddle as my merchant of record and payment processor. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's terms and applicable buyer policies. Taxes may be collected and remitted by Paddle according to local regulations. After successful payment, you will receive the license information and/or download instructions by email.
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin in production on the domain you provide during checkout. Local and staging environments may be used without a license. Each publicly accessible production domain requires its own license.
You may review the source code for the purpose of integration and auditing. This does not grant any rights to publish, distribute, or create derivative works, unless expressly permitted in writing by the provider.
Purchases include future updates to the Plugin. Support may be provided via email and GitHub (Issues/Discussions) without guaranteed response times or SLAs, unless agreed separately.
Prices are shown on the website or checkout. Paddle may add and remit taxes according to the buyer's location. Invoices/receipts are issued by Paddle as merchant of record.
Our refund terms are defined in the separate Refund Policy. By purchasing you acknowledge and accept those terms. See: Refund Policy.
Personal data is processed as described in my Privacy Policy. Paddle acts as payment processor/merchant of record and receives data necessary for the transaction. See: Privacy Policy.
The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including data loss, downtime, lost profits) is excluded. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Exclusive venue, as far as legally permissible, is Stuttgart, Germany.
I may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
For questions regarding these Terms, please contact: mail@philippoehrlein.de
By purchasing, installing, or using the Plugin, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.
