This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the Kirby plugin "Email Manager" processed by Paddle as my merchant of record.
I offer refunds within 30 days of purchase. Requests must include the order number, purchase email address, and a brief description of the issue.
Refunds are intended for cases where the Plugin does not function as described and I cannot provide a timely fix or workaround. I may ask for reasonable cooperation to diagnose and resolve the issue (e.g., logs, steps to reproduce, environment details without access to personal data).
For customers in the EU, by starting the download or fulfilling the order immediately after purchase, you agree that the performance of the contract begins immediately and that the statutory right of withdrawal may lapse. This does not affect my voluntary 30-day refund window stated above.
To request a refund, contact me at mail@philippoehrlein.de with your order number and details. I typically respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method.
If you are considering a chargeback, please contact me first. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to license suspension.
